Driver Mobile Application
Our Driver Mobile App provides real-time visibility into delivery locations and statuses, enabling logistics companies to track shipments from pickup to delivery. This mobile workforce solution equips drivers with all the necessary information for efficient deliveries, integrates seamlessly with other Vigo products, and offers progress updates, proof of delivery signatures, and additional data like photos and damage notifications.

Client Portal
Our best-in-class, self-service Client Portal helps secure and grow your client base. It offers a comprehensive platform for streamlining order processing, tracking, and real-time ETA notifications via text and email alerts. Enhanced with thorough integration tools, it ensures smooth operations between your business and your clients.

Our Transport Management System (TMS) software is currently an on premise server-based solution, with our Client Portal and Driver Mobile Application solutions both being cloud-based.

We also provide training and support to ensure our clients are fully equipped to use the software effectively. We also offer customer support through our Help Desk to ensure that our customers can make the most of our software.

How secure is our software?

Our Transport Management System (TMS) software is built with advanced security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorised access. Plus, our Client Portal uses leading security technologies, such as Microsoft Active Directory. We use SSL encryption, firewalls, and access control mechanisms to ensure the highest level of security. 

What kind of support do we provide for our software?

We provide support for our software through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. We also offer training, user guides, and documentation to help our clients make the most of the software. Our Help Desk is available Monday to Friday from 06:30am to 00:00am
