Customers, Prices and Invoicing
As well as names, addresses, contacts and phone numbers
the system holds a wide variety of default values for
each customer which automatically populate a large number
of the entry fields when a new job is entered. The system
also builds up reference files of collection and delivery
addresses already used for the customer. All these features
reduce the time taken to enter new jobs and ensure the
accuracy of data entered. |

Over the years the programs have built up a wide variety
of methods for calcuating the price to charge for a
particular profile of delivery and if using a Hub or
Sub-Contractor, the costs of having the items delivered
for you. |

Powerful invoicing routines will prepare invoices to your
design (different for each customer if you wish) with a choice
of which items an invoice can include for each customer e.g.
one job per invoice, a day's jobs per invoice or all uninvoiced
jobs.
Customers may also be grouped into 'sets' that have differing invoicing requirements, therefore preparing invoices is as simple as
'prepare invoices for all customers in the daily invoice set'.
If you use the Vigo POD scanning programs then your invoice
run can be supplemented with the images of all the PODs for
that customer, printed singly or 4 or 6 to a page.
Links to Sage or Pegasus are standard and our development programmers have experience of connecting to a wide variety of other in-house
accounting systems.
