Fast and efficient, the Online Customer Despatcher System saves both the Haulier and Customer valuable time.
Online Job Entry: The system uses a web based job entry screen that allows the customer to enter job details directly onto the web,
these jobs can then be viewed and edited by both Haulier and Customer.The Hauliers system is automatically updated meaning the Haulier does not need to
spend time entering the Jobs at their end, or manually reading a file into their system
Online Address Book: Incorporating its own Addresses and Accounts database, the system will automatically fill out address and account details
and other frequently used job details such as special requirements or units of measure, providing very quick job entry.
Essential Document Printing: The Online Customer Despatcher System also provides the facility to produce the necessary despatch documents, such as labels,
consignment notes and dockets. It will also automatically route jobs onto your chosen trunk or vehicle and provide the
relevant paperwork ensuring that your delivery arrives correctly.
Fully Customisable: The system can be designed to reflect your corporate image. Company logos and websites can be incorporated into the system
making it unique to your buisness.
Technical Support: Our dedicated technical support experts are available to help you with any problems or queries that a Haulier or
a Customer may have regarding the software to ensure that you can use the system to its full potential.

A simple to use data entry system that can be installed at
a customers site and which produces all the necessary labels,
consignment notes and manifests for that customers jobs with
the minimum of involvement needed by your own staff.
The system will store all the regular addresses that the goods
are sent to in order to speed up data entry and will also
remind the operator about any special requirements.
The programs will route the data to your chosen vehicle or trunk and produce the necessary labels clearly showing this
routing. Thus ensuring correct delivery.
Data from this system is sent to your depot by modem, e-mail or via the internet so that you know exactly what is due to
collect before despatching your vehicle to the customers site.
This data is then automatically loaded into your Vigo Depot/Haulage system, again relieving you of this task, because the
customer has done it for you.
